Strategy is useless if it cannot be executed. I bridge the gap between executive vision and engineering reality, providing the "translation layer" that keeps complex technical initiatives on track.
As a Technical Project Manager (TPM), I do not just update Gantt charts. I manage the dependencies, clear the blockers, and protect the engineering team from "noise" so they can ship code.
Core Responsibilities
- Translation: Converting high-level business requirements into executable technical specifications and user stories.
- Dependency Mapping: Identifying cross-team blockers (Design, Backend, Frontend, DevOps) before they stop the build.
- Risk Management: Maintaining a "No-BS" RAID log. If a timeline is at risk, you will know immediately, along with the mitigation plan.
- Ceremony Facilitation: Running effective Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives that result in action, not just talk.
